Rafa Homes in India seeks to give children a safe and loving environment where they can grow up and become people who love themselves, their community, and their country. Most of the children in this home have HIV or Aids and come from a background of poverty and broken families. Their parents barely eke out a daily wage and, in many cases, one or both are infected as well. Several children are orphans, or have only one parent, and are unable to care for a child with sickness. And yet, Rafa Homes now has 20 children between the ages of seven and seventeen--eleven girls and nine boys. The caregivers live 24/7 with the children. Their aim is to create a family environment, where the children are safe, loved, and cared for individually. As you can imagine, education continues to be a major focus of Rafa Homes. Once again, thank you for your commitment to Network Beyond. Your regular prayers and faithful support contribute to the expansion of the Gospel around the world.
